Noely Loeza, is a Leadership and Program Assistant at MILPA. She proudly identifies as Xicana, drawing strength from her lineage of powerful women. A dedicated community organizer, she facilitates Xinachtli, a rites of passage program empowering young women to discover their leadership potential and find their voices. 

Growing up in Los Angeles, Noely witnessed firsthand the impact of underfunded schools and communities. This experience fuels her advocacy for women's rights, ending mass incarceration, and promoting equitable living conditions. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, sewing, fitness, gardening, and spending time with loved ones.
