Shae Hill is a Finance & Operations Assistant, where she ensures the financial stability and operational efficiency of transformative justice initiatives. Born and raised in Southern California, Shae’s journey has taken her from Los Angeles to Houston, Texas. With over 25 years of experience in faith-based outreach, she draws from both personal experience and deep-rooted faith to drive meaningful change. 

Shae has supported and mentored young people facing systemic barriers and has experience securing funding to support grassroots efforts aimed at dismantling the carceral system. As she pursues her B.A. in Psychology, she remains dedicated to supporting former foster youth, individuals impacted by incarceration, and families affected by systemic challenges. A devoted wife of twenty years, she is also the proud mother of five children and a spirited granddaughter.
