Why can't we all be free is a music video produced by Reality Muzik and artist Ruffy Goddy. MILPA Collective is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to Cultivate Future-Makers for the Next Seven Generations while working to improve their health and well-being. This music video is part of their efforts to get back to land. This music video has been circling around our space, but now it's time to share with the world.
This is what MILPA is and has always been advocating for. The Back to Land Campaign is a movement infrastructure project rooted in over a decade of community building, healing centered leadership, and cultural organizing across California and beyond. As democratic institutions, information systems, and community well being face increasing fragmentation, MILPA is building a permanent regional anchor where people can reconnect to land, culture, one another, and collective future building.
